# Weekly review — week of YYYY-MM-DD

15 minutes. Sunday evening. No phone.

## 1. What shipped
List concrete artifacts produced this week. A commit, a photo, a draft section, a fixed bug, a sent email — all count. Words written do not count unless they are in the paper.

Tag each bullet with the Anderson modeling step the artifact advanced: `(§1 Find)`, `(§2 Mathematize)`, `(§3 State ideal)`, `(§4 Solve)`, `(§5 Analyze)`, `(§6 Verify)`, `(§7 Transfer)`, `(§8 Iterate)`. A paper that stays on the same step for three weeks in a row is a blocker, not a workstream.

## 2. What's blocked
Each item must have an owner and a date. If you are blocked on Jeff, ask whether you could have unblocked yourself with a draft.

| Paper | Blocker | Owner | Date raised |
|---|---|---|---|

## 3. What I learned
Two or three things. Knowledge that wasn't in your head last Sunday.

## 4. What I should have done differently
One thing. No self-flagellation, just the smallest correction.

## 5. The queue for next week
Order matters. The thing on top is the thing you do at 06:00 Monday.
